If you are seeking a receipt of your COVID-19 vaccination, visit https://novascotia.flow.canimmunize.ca/en/portal for instructions.

VaxRecordNS allows people with a Nova Scotia health card to access vaccination records using the website. With the exception of MPox, all vaccinations that have been reported to Public.
